He ordered for a cup of cappuccino and she asked for one too,
The barista quickly walked away, leaving them alone as if on cue.

The conversation flowed and so did the laughter,
Neither of them bothered about what would happen thereafter.

He laughed at his own silly jokes and she gave in as well,
He loved her… it really wasn’t hard to tell.

In the dim light, surrounded by strangers everything felt so right.
Everything seemed perfect even on that cloudless night.

They spoke and laughed and laughed and spoke… as the clock slowly ticked away,
She was falling for him and she was falling fast. There was just no other way.
