Wait.

Waiting was a game he hated to play,
She was a pro at it,  she kept him waiting all night and half a day.

For answers, for questions and pretty much everything,
He waited, and waited,  till there was nothing left for waiting.

She realised at last,  there were no games in love,
If you had to live,  it wasn’t in the future or the past,  you’d had to live now.

She ran to him, she just had to,
But he was long gone, long before she even knew.
