The Frangipani Tree.

image

Under the Frangipani tree,
They shared a kiss.
Unknown to the world, it was pure bliss.

Now and then a butterfly would try to distract them,
A gust of wind here and there and
a kitten tugging at her hem.

The world couldn’t enslave them for they were already free,
Spirits bonded with each other… under the Frangipani tree.
